I’ve found the management I’ve had contact with to be very helpful and patient.
Operations management and staff ( SA, QLD, VIC ) are friendly and helpful when you have questions. Most yard staff are friendly and helpful.
The other drivers I’ve spoken with and asked questions have been extremely friendly and helpful.
Pay is above average , and there is plenty of money to be made if that’s what you want.
Equipment is very good , curtains slide as they should ( not struggling just to open).
Freight is good, deliveries are relatively easy ( when you do need to deliver)
Depot facilities are adequate.
Honestly, so far, it’s one of the best companies I’ve worked for in quite a few years.

The depot's are a little small, not much room to manoeuvre, but they do manage it very well.
Considering some of the other places I’ve recently worked for , I really don’t see any real issues. But again, I’m only relatively new to the company, but have had many years experience in the industry.
