    Ideally bad decisions were being made and somebody clearly who has more experience .
    The good thingsWhen I joined I felt welcomed and part of a team ,the culture was steady. Management was also great I got all the support i needed to progress.
    The challengesA change in management wasnt good for the company ,lack of support for staff and knowledge of the market misunderstood. Work based culture slowly evaporated.

    Average company, not the worst, not the best i’ve worked for.
    The good thingsWhen I was with the company my manager was very supportive and flexible to take personal time off when needed with no questions asked. Was also compensated when worked OT.
    The challengesUnder market salary, male dominated and a lot of people working 2-3 peoples jobs due to not wanting to pay for more people, or not hiring skilled enough people.

    I had heard nothing but bad things about Caledonia, but just like with people, I like to make my own decisions. It was a very difficult at the start with this role, sink or swim, I expressed my concerns and was given the support I needed and turned things around. Caledonia has been great to me and I'm proud to work for them.
