    The good thingsTeam culture at CMG is absolutely amazing! I've never worked with a better group of people who are all genuinely loving to be here every single day. Management are constantly creating opportunities for the team to grow their skills and improve. I honestly LOVE being here and being able to work with some of the most well known brands in the world. To say that Campbell Media Group does things differently would be the understatement of the century. If you're a Digital Marketing expert there is no other place in the world you would want to work.
    The challengesWorking in the Facebook advertising industry, the rules change on a daily basis which brings a challenge in itself. You must constantly be learning and improving your skills to keep up with the fast pace of this team. It's tough, but for those who want to be the best, it pushes you to get there.

    The good thingsIt really is a pleasure to work for Campbell Media Group! The culture here is amazing and day to day, it is a lot of fun to be here. I also love that the company has grown so much in the small amount of time that we have been in operation... and is continuing to grow at a rapid rate. Everyone in management/ upper management is super approachable and the general vibe of the office is very positive and inspiring.
    The challengesBeing a smaller company, we are all very directly in charge of its growth and success. It is important that you have a good work ethic and genuinely care about working hard for the team, and working on improving your own skill set.
