    Carer Support CounsellorExcessively KPI focused. KPI's will be placed above your mental and emotional health. Limited team bonding opportunities. Everyone appeared stressed and in a hurry all the time. Probably because of the same reasons. Choose wisely!

    The challengesThe work can be challenging due to the complex nature of the customers being worked with. Although there is plenty of support available to staff.
