    It is all for the franchisor - not the franchisee
    The good thingsYou're not really your own boss as you have to abide by many rules.
    The challengesTrying to make a living, but have to pay out a lot of money, with profit margins being squeezed. Everyone else gets their money. Management wants changes that you have to pay for.
