    management cant even handle simple roster setup and head chef is just a grown up child with no ethic

    terrible, this place had a major impact on my mental health and am honestly so relieved I don't work there anymore. there was one manager who would often raise their voice and speak to staff in quite an aggressive tone.
    The good thingsI wish I could write more but the only thing that got me through my shifts were my friendly colleagues
    The challengesManagement uses lots's of unethical work practices which includes management monitoring staff through cctv and using it as a fear mongering tool to keep staff "in check".

    Decent pay, mean and avoidant management

    The challengesMean management, no regard for work/life balance, encouraged by management to 'not be friends' with staff working for the club (we all worked together but club staff wer under different management).
