    Trauma is awaiting you if you work here
    The good thingsThere was nothing good. It’s that simple.
    The challengesI am left tainted by my time here by the management of the service. The director was rude and unprofessional. New educators should be nurtured not tossed around carelessly until their fragile body and passion for educating is broken.

    I learnt and grew a lot, but wouldn't ever go back
    The good thingsSeasons of good management and good culture. Many great educators came through my centre that I loved mentoring and working with
    The challengesCompletely unstable leadership in the "Support Office". Restructuring every other year, new people on the other end of emails and phone calls that never put effort into getting to know those of us on the front line. Towards the end it became completely money and budget focused and wilfully eroded the care factor out of the job

    Catholic Early Edcare has inspired and encouraged me to push myself to the best of my ability.
    The good thingsI have experienced a high level of professionalism and diversity within the workplace, Catholic Early Edcare has set up multiple opportunities for not only myself, coworkers and the children in my care.
    The challengesThere are minimal challenges I face as a casual educator however, when I do there is no hesitation from my team and higher management to help me and guide me through the problems. making me confident and ready for the next problem.
