    I learnt a lot but I would give less than 1 star if I could. Managers lead a terrible environment.
    The good thingsFor reasons unknown, having CBRE on my CV seems to have appeal for employers, which is helpful as I can't wait to leave.
    The challengesYou won't find somewhere that cares about the perception about how they care for their people while actually caring so little for their people. I felt like a number the whole time and so did many colleagues. The place is toxic and it's driven by leadership. Also, they offer salaries below market value. They do not care about work-life balance, you will get phone calls from management and colleagues during annual leave.

    The people are good but the workload for the each team member needs improvement.
    The good thingsThe supportive nature of the team where they will help you when you ask for help. The people itself are very friendly.
    The challengesThe property managers are very overworked which then the APM'S have to constantly follow us up to get things completed - they are not personal assistants. Some processes are very manual and time consuming. The APM'S are also spread across too many assets at the same time.

    The challengesVery toxic work environment and no support from management or opportunities for growth in the company. Working in the office was terrible and was like walking on eggshells when management was in.
