Lack of Management Support and Team Collaboration.
The good thingsI appreciated the opportunity to work on client sites, but I did not find CT is suitable for the long term.
The challengesI experienced ongoing management and communication challenges while assigned to a client site. My direct manager was often unresponsive or provided feedback that focused on fault-finding rather than guidance, which made effective communication difficult. Team collaboration and knowledge sharing were limited, and I was required to manage the client independently shortly after joining. Suggestions for process improvement were not encouraged, which impacted my ability to contribute effectively.

    Won’t recommend it at all
The good thingsUnfortunately, I cannot highlight any positive experiences from my time at the company.
The challengesThis was one of the most disappointing companies in my career. I was assigned to a team where my direct manager often did not respond to messages, which made communication very difficult. Team collaboration and a spirit of teamwork were lacking, and knowledge sharing was minimal. It felt like you were left on your own after joining the company.

    Exciting place to be!
The good thingsWorking at CT means being part of a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team. The company value people and create opportunities for growth, learning, and career development. The culture is inclusive and respectful, where everyone’s ideas are heard, and contributions are recognised. Flexibility, innovation, and celebrating success together makes it a place where we can do meaningful work and thrive.
The challengesCT does move fast and set ambitious goals, which can be challenging – but it also means I am always be learning, growing, and making a real impact.

Review for a temporary positionThe people were friendly and a nice atmosphere to work in. However there really wasn't much work for me to do on a daily basis however kept myself busy doing reports. I would recommend the place to a friend providing they had an IT background.

It's a job, you learn what you can and then move on
The good thingsApart from a new work environment there isn't many positive things
The challengesSenior management is inexperienced and don't believe in training, they tend to try and recruit people rather than developing from within

A great company to work for.
The good thingsFantastic culture, management is always taking ideas from everyone at the company to improve it. Everyone gets along very well and they don't play the blame game.
The challengesInternal infrastructure does cause headaches at times and sometimes it can take management a while to get back to you about certain things.
