    Nightmare. Run for your life!!!!
    The good thingsOverall: This is not a sustainable or ethical work environment. I would strongly advise anyone considering this role to think carefully before accepting an offer.
    The challengesFrom the very first day, employees are placed in a chaotic, high-pressure environment with little to no support. No proper onboarding, training, or access to maintenance manuals or standard procedures. Complete lack of basic safety standards, putting employees at constant risk. Chronic shortage of spare parts makes proper repairs nearly impossible. Ongoing pressure to replace functional parts unnecessarily increases costs for customers. Extremely long customer wait times (often months), leading to unrealistic workloads and constant stress. Employees are expected to deliver high volumes of repairs without tools, training, or technical support. Zero tolerance for mistakes despite the absence of any proper system or guidance. Management is highly disorganised, sets unrealistic expectations, and communicates in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Extremely high employee turnover, with teams frequently replaced approximately every 3 months

    The challengesmanagement (husband and wife) has camera's set up everywhere and watch everything you do. they employ people who need visa's and can't leave because it is horrible working there. they are old school where they boss people around and don't appreciate anyone's contribution

    i was mislead at the interview in regards to working hours
    The good thingsbeautiful modern offices with on site parking
    The challengesanyone who wants to work here....beware. they will expect you to work 10 hour days everyday. the culture is everyone is expected to work until atleast 6pm or beyond
