for 4.5 years it was great then the last 12 months was hellThe good thingswhen Tristar was owned privately it was a great company to work for, we all worked hard to make it a great company. and we were rewarded for working hard. then the company became too big and was sold.
The challengesthe new owners were not a people company, they listened to one person who had only worked there less than 12 months - and knew nothing - and then it became a horrible place to work - the one person was an engineer who like to blow his own trumpet but didn't understand the relationship we had with our clients and suppliers - if the company goes under - it's his fault.
