    Confused about the Culture.
The good thingsAt first everyone was helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Staff are very friendly and easy to get along with.
The challengesManagement very two-faced. Not willing to tell you the truth about anything. Lack lustre instructions to staff leading to things being done twice. No audits on learning materials, so information either outdated or incorrect.

    Challenging & Rewarding
The good thingsChallenge has had some major changes in the last 6-12 months that has improved the culture 360. I love this company and what it stands for. I love coming to work with everyday to see site buzzing with people that are there to improve their situations and change their lives. The staff are passionate and motivated to make every person's experience one of kind, if there are improvements to be made they are diverse enough that they jump in and start to fix them. The outcomes of these changes are unbelievably exciting. I have never worked for a company that values my time so much and thank this company for allowing me to be a parent as well as an employee.
The challengesAs always when working with people, governments and contracts things can get chaotic with lots of changes. Change can be & is messy but if companies don't listen and adapt things will never improve.

    Disappointing, disorganised, chaotic
The good thingsAt first it seems like a great opportunity to support students to get ahead and improve their lives...
The challengesVery disorganised organisation, don’t communicate with staff or support staff with the often challenging behaviour of students. The content was outdated and often irrelevant, and full of typos and errors. I wouldn’t recommend working there - unless you’re desperate. You don’t feel as if you really are helping in the end - you’re part of a system that’s set up to go nowhere with taxpayer dollars. Ineffective courses.

Working at Challenge has been a positive experience- and I look forward to what the future holds for this fantastic company!
The good thingsThis company has seen a significant culture shift over the last few years. The result is a positive workplace that I enjoy going to every day. Everybody at Challenge wants to contribute to changing the lives of people who are struggling to secure employment. The good news stories and positive feedback all make working at Challenge worthwhile. The management team listens to feedback from staff and clients is constantly finding ways to improve and better service the community.
The challengesLike in any workplace, it can get chaotic but an office culture of transparency and support has been created, meaning that you are always supported when your workload gets too heavy.

I love this organisation and everything it stands for. I would highly recommend working here.
The good thingsChallenge has been very flexible with offering work life balance. There has been a change in management in the last 6 months that has improved the culture and now very much on track to the organisational values.
The challengesLike any work place there are a few challenges but this is mainly because the staff here are passionate about the values, the organisation and what were are setting out to achieve

Working with highly motivated people to change peoples lives for the better.
The good thingsThe dynamics of the team are great. The crew are here for the right reason, to inspire, transform those that we meet. The whole organisation is the best place I’ve ever worked
The challengesThe stories we hear on regular basis are sometimes difficult to deal with. That’s why I appreciate the team dynamics, we all have each other’s back.

I had a really fun, and interesting time, I wish I could do it all over again, no joke,
The good thingsThe environment (work environment), the trainers or supervisors, the task at hand, the relaxed feeling working with everyone, the association, and overall the whole experience.
The challengesMeeting deadlines, and sometimes there were minor incidents between workmates, but they were quickly resolved (generally), sometimes as a group we could be a bit behind or slack.
