It's rare to find such a genuine company on all levels and it's a privilege to work under their banner.
The good thingsGreat team environment throughout the whole company and management have a real appreciation for the team and the effort they put into their work. Management take an interest in staff and try to ensure their team are in roles that best suit their skill set and bring each member contentment in their career. The company as a whole truly values their customers and this is reflected through decisions made on the daily.
The challengesBeing an Agricultural based business, the seasons obviously affect the work load. Drought places strain on the company and the good seasons can get out of control and very demanding. Not something that can be avoided in this Industry but management really put a focus on team work during this time and check in on everyone's well being during the tougher seasons.

There are definitely worse places to work.
The good thingsGreat team in my department
The challengesThe management. Head office have no idea what’s happening at the branches or how to deal with them in any positive way. Staff turnover is incredible. Your pay never goes up either, even though the cost of living does.

started off fantastic until the company restructure happened now it is very hard too see the company survivng at all :-(
The good thingsmy immediate management is outstanding, good job overall.
The challengesupper management, the workload has become extremely difficult to manage due to job cuts and added workloads placed on remaining staff, you cant progress up the chain cause upper management employ friends instead of the workers that work to get somewhere, too many chiefs,
