    Terrible, management was poor and im glad to not be working here

    The challengesManagement and rostering was so poor that they completely forgot I worked there and subsequently gave me no shifts, as well as letting me go without any notice or message.

    My experience with the physical part of the job was easy whilst keeping up to what the management expect can be almost impossible

    An easy, laid back job without the constant support from the business owner
    The good thingsThe pay is adequate for working in a chicken treat fast food van, and flexible with fifo swings
    The challengesConstantly flying out from home, when I want to further develop my skills while I’m in perth. Makes work/life difficult

    Fun learning curve experience
    The good thingsWell after 5 years of working my hardest up the ladder and experiencing new challenges everyday, I am happy to say I love working for Chicken Treat, the company lets us, the workers, enjoy our time with perks, learning new promotions and getting paid at the same time which takes our minds off our stressful duties for a little while. Although they are truly stressful duties, they are by far amazing. I would love to recommend this company to anyone.
    The challengesChallenges come everyday at Chicken Treat, it can be from under staffing, out of stock, rush hour period or customer complaints this doesn't stop us from providing great service to our customers.

    The challengesThe company is for sale until it is franchise only. Head office do not support their storea and senior management staff were not trained to run stores.

    The good thingsThe pay rate for casual staff in a unqualified profession.
    The challengesHead Office, the way the operate is like they are trying to run the business into the ground. The Territory managers do NOT assist you in many ways and when in need of an emergency situation do not ever answer any phone calls. I only continue to work here because finding another job is difficult. I would not recommend this establishment.
