    “It’s exciting to see how much the company has improved!”
    The good thingsCulture is getting better day by day. Our new management team have been very supportive and changing things in a good way.
    The challengesTransport could be challenging as there is no nearby train station. You just need to ride the bus. Otherwise, all good. One more thing, Christmas party budget could be better as staff enjoy it so much!

    The challengeswest ryde is too far away from my place but buses are accessible.

    I worked hard and was shown absolutely no support or loyalty whatsoever, it was a good decision to leave and work for somewhere else that does show those qualities.
    The good thingsLovely Residents, floor staff are caring and supportive despite pressure and lack of support from management.
    The challengesUnder resourced, management are obstructive and unsupportive except for when it comes to themselve. Zero loyalty towards or acknowledgement of hard-working staff who are actually good at what they do. No career development prospects for talent. Outdated, medical model focused organisation, not particularly invested in a social or holistic model of care which highlights some of their deeper problems. They say they are progressive, when in reality they're far from it.

    Sinking ship..
    The good thingsThe residents and families are wonderful. The teams that are onsite and hands on do their best considering the immense challenges.
    The challengesUpper management are out of their depth and have absolutely no idea what they are doing, continually make poor decisions, cutting staff left, right and centre, and have no moral compass. They don't know how to treat their staff and certainly do not value them, so end up losing lots of good people.

    Terrible, if I could give less than one star I would, I left there a broken person.
    The good thingsThe clients were lovely.
    The challengesThe management and staff, there was no support for a newly qualified EN as they had promised. Quite the opposite in fact. I had a terrible time and all my self confidence was lost.
