    Welcoming, rewarding and fulfilling.
    The good thingsCompetitive Salary Package, Hard work is recognized and rewarded, Flexibility is available from day one for medical and family matters. CHU is very much a "you get out what you put in" workplace. Complacency is not tolerated, but competency is praised.
    The challengesIn the claims space the days can be very unpredictable and this is not going to be suitable for everyone. In summary the good days are great, but the bad days can be rough.

    The culture and quality of CHU as a workplace, but also as a product, has gone downhill incredibly in the last 12 months. Most people have left or are in the process of leaving.
    The good thingsRemote working used to be a positive, however they introduced return to the office and continue to increase days required in the office.
    The challengesIt’s unfortunately turned into a boys club. A select few can get away with anything and everything (including very toxic behaviour).

    How a company in 2023 should be!
    The good thingsAmazing company culture that embraces supporting each other to enable the best outcome for the customer. The company lives and breathes its values. The employee benefits are amazing, as well as the hybrid working arrangements. I honestly cannot be more impressed with the onboarding experience.

    Works like a call centre where every second is monitored and every thing you do is measured .

    The challengesNot a very family friendly company, all in all would never recommend working here unless you are single , young and have no commitments other than your job .
