    An awful employment experience but one that is commonly complained about.
    The good thingsmy coworkers (not management) free mentos and soft drink
    The challengespoor, rude and incompetent management, unfair availabilty expectations. low pay level, bad or too few hours. unfair distribution of hours among employees, no opportunity for career development, lack of support for employees, awful orientation and training, not a team environment.

    Interesting people, room for growth.
    The good thingsIf you're a people person looking for opportunities to learn about many different facets of business, alongside experienced people, this is a great place to work. Due to the size of the company, there are also more opportunities to experiment and put forward ideas.
    The challengesThe business has many different departments, which often work as silos, which can make it difficult to complete things that need input from multiple sections.

    Management there is a seven headed snake

    The challengesHaving to deal with constant criticism from customers and constantly changing the meals to suit their desires.

    If your looking for recognition for hard work don't expect it
    The good thingsFlexible, the internal.staff are great Duty Managers are ok.
    The challengesNot gaurenteed decent hours ,if you stand up for yourself you will be punished with reduced hours

    Overall a happy environment to work in but Management needs to appreciate loyal, hardworking employees.
    The good thingsColleagues are very supportive of each other.
    The challengesMost issues will be rarely resolved by Management which creates frustration and results in a high staff turnover.

    A very immoral place to work for that pays minimum wage and has no concerns for staff moral or work/life balance.
