    Amazing opportunities and extraordinary team culture.
    The good thingsNo micro-management and a place where hard work is recognised. The HR team are like one big extended family and Upper Management truely believe in their stuff's capabilities. The CEO is super down to earth and the Senior Leadership team are extremely approachable - very rare to come by. Should I ever have the opportunity to return in the future I would jump on it in a heart beat.

    Hard line management. Will performance manage you if you question anything.
    The good thingsSome flexibility with work hours self managed to some degree. A good work vehicle and tool supply.
    The challengesVery unsuportive management. Workload unconscionable you are forced to tick and flick PPMs. Reactive work loaded on top of project work and monthly PPM,s. Workload doubles every year with no extra hours or pay.
