Overall, a great place to work.
The good thingsGreat culture and friendly staff, upper management are professional yet approachable and it's a great place to learn.
The challengesDespite their advertising and promotion of career advancement, there is little to no career growth, and annual salary reviews are forgotten despite the skill set and extra duties you might have achieved. The pay is well under the average wage for an associate role, and it's easy to get overlooked.

Overall, the company seems to be super friendly and very experienced in ensuring that employees get the appropriate support.
The good thingsWorkplace culture is amazing! Everyone has been super supportive and accommodating in helping me settle into my role.
The challengesThe biggest challenge for me was definitely learning how to answer the wide range of questions that clients may present you with.

I have had a very enjoyable experience thus far, i have learnt so much, feel supported and cared about by management and have made some great friends along the way,
The good thingsThere are some great events, a lot of emphasis is placed on growth and promotion within the company, management is friendly and approachable, there is a great atmosphere, all the staff are kind, caring and enjoy their work.
The challengesThe biggest challenge is out of Clarendon's control. Dealing with frustrated and challenging clients due to industry delays are most certainly the biggest challenge currently.

The challengesAll workplaces have there challenges. The most challenging part of my role is the difficult questions and answers that we must provide to each other and our clientele.

A company with high standards that is an enjoyable place to work.
The good thingsA company with a very flat management structure that makes good decisions quickly and implements them just as fast. Committed to a great work environment for team members. Progressive in the way it works towards the future environment for systems. Customer satisfaction is of very high importance. Management take note of all suggestions from anywhere within the company.

Sad to see a business that had been resurrected from the ashes only to be eroded by an incompetent senior management team.
The good thingsIt was wonderful to work with some very good hard working people within the business who work hard to keep the business operating and their jobs.
The challengesSenior management doesn't understand the Queensland Housing market, and who rather spend money on parties & office refurb than new affordable home designs and facades.

Good company and I am sure it has transformed since I left. I hear good things.
The good thingsStaff and working environment/surroundings
The challengesIt was a constant struggle to get what you deserve Salary wise once you were employed, selling annual performance reviews was overrated.

Was a very rewarding experience until you had to deal with a few people at head office
The good thingsMost of the staff members and getting to know and helping new customers with what was going to be the biggest purchase of there lives .
The challengesThere were challengers on a daily basis but these were the challenges that were great to over come .I think the worst challenge was trying to be treated and respected as a equal or at least a human bean by just a few head people at head office.
