    Good if you are young and can work long and hard to get experience, not so good for people with family commitments.
    The good thingsreal talented people, beautiful location, food provided.
    The challengescompany Mission is foggy at best, hard to know what direction the company wants to do, work long hard hours with little recognition and reward, but if you do something wrong, you will know about it.
