    The challengesManagement very unpredictable to deal with employees. No communication skills. And very rude and disrespectful to talk to the staff.

    The challengesThe owners here are really aggressive and hard people to work for, no staff lasts longer than 3 months. I saw at least 7 members quit in the short time frame I worked there. Save yourself the trouble and get a job elsewhere.

    Busy regional venue with usually good conditions

    The challengesSmall back of house area for the large volume of equipment on site, very large amount of function/weddings, owners can have unrealistic expectations
