Unrealistic Workload, Poor Compensation, and Low Staff MoraleThe good thingsFlexibility to work from home
The challengesThe workload assigned is consistently unrealistic, with deadlines that are not reasonably achievable. Employees are often faced with the choice of working additional hours without compensation or facing criticism for not meeting these expectations. Over the course of 11 years, I personally worked an average of 5–10 extra hours per week to ensure tasks were completed to a high standard, without receiving remuneration or acknowledgment for these efforts. This is not an isolated experience, but a common occurrence within the company.
Compensation is below industry standards, and there are no meaningful opportunities for career advancement or professional development. Staff morale is notably low, and interpersonal conflicts among colleagues are frequent.
