    The good thingsSome people are great. The engineering team are very professional. Every other department needs work
    The challengesVery immature change management. HR is there to protect the business - not their staff (no matter how hard they try to convince you they are there for you...). I saw many instances of management not caring about how others treated others (read between the lines) and complaints ignored. Staff too scared to stick up for others... very high turn over of staff ... what does that tell you.
