    The good thingsEffective sharing of goals, great teamwork, moreover, high employee morale, frequently offers training opportunities among staffs, encourage strong leadership, handles poor performance and try to minimise them. Furthermore, understands risks and adapts to opportunities and changes.
    The challengesDisconnection between co-workers especially among day and night shifts one, moreover, a lack of interdepartmental communications can be sensed and also, inability to harness fresh ideas.

    The good thingsCulture is a heavy word and I thought I have worked in companies with great culture. I now know I didn't know what good culture means until I started here. High character, intelligent and hard working people from ownership to management to front line employees.

    The challenges- Constantly having someone look over your shoulder. - Management constantly breathing down your neck. - employers don't tell you how you can improve, always tend to beat around the bush.

    The good thingsWork as a cleaner is a good start for an international students. The salary rate is good.
