    Good experience and professional work environment.
    The good thingsGood work environment, supportive management, and professional team. I gained strong experience in security operations, customer service, and handling different situations. Good training and clear procedures.
    The challengesSometimes shift availability and communication could be improved, but overall it was a good learning experience.

    Flexible, higher than normal remuneration and opportunities which require a commitment that in turn eventuate in outstanding long term work life balance roles.
    The good thingsWork life balance, sites and being able to contribute in a multidisciplinary team.Extremely flexible and approachable, I had personal matters that came up and the company assisted me during the difficult period. Sites that Constant have require security staff that can think on their feet, enjoyed the comrade of people I came into contact with and being able to contribute proactively. Would definitely recommend Constant Security to anyone looking for an opportunity that exceeds other companies in the industry.

    would not recommend, variety of Account Manager’s/ Management that don’t communicate with each other or staff. Extremely disorganised / incompetent.
    The good thingsVariety of sites, basically work for client and nil contact with the constant security management.
    The challengesDealing with Management, or lack of. Lack of communication and consistency.
