Woeful experience. The good thingsNot much to speak well of, if anything at all.
The challengesSo many it's not funny. You're not valued at all once you sign the contract and get on site. Management are not professional, and are a complete joke who also refuse to reply to phone calls or emails if there are issues on site with the client or otherwise. The equipment provided is not up to scratch in many instances, especially vehicles. There is no staff development to speak of. They kowtow to the client, which means you'll end up doing trivial jobs and duties like misc admin duties, security, and the likes to appease the client so CPA can keep the contract. As a professional Paramedic, your skills and knowledge are never appreciated.
