    An amazing Security Experience that is shamefully let down by a toxic work culture within the on-site Leadership.
    The good thingsA good portion of the Team Leaders are engaging, showing care towards the growth & training of new Guards. Was the most engaging Security Job I have ever worked what I actually felt like I was doing Security work. Being clinic led as well; our instructions were often clear & concise.
    The challengesFailing to pay correctly (Such as Final Pay). Some Team Leaders & the Supervisor need a serious attitude change; because then they might see why they have a such high turnover. Place is plagued with Guard groups who will spread hateful rumours or talk poorly about other guard.
