    Cotton on body taught me the ways around retail that I am able to bring with me into future careers.
    The good thingsLearning the importance of perks foundation as well as continuing to work and grow in a team environment with my fellow employees has helped me significantly when it comes to team work, taking initiative and team building as we all grow together.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge we experienced as a team was an unpresented manager that was able to help us with difficulties. therefore we relied on online communication with other managers across the area.

    The good thingsLOVE COG. An awesome Aussie-grown brand that is hitting the global market! Progression is so easy within the company, they really care about their people and lets be honest one of the company values is 'FUN'.... that just summarises everything!!!!!!
    The challenges-The pay rate isn't as high as other retailers offer but in the long run id rather work for a company with great values and work culture than more money! TRUST ME.....

    Great Benefits but Too Much Pressure!
    The good thingsDiscounts are great! The casual staff are fantastic and you get the opportunity to meet a variety of amazing people
    The challengesThe pressure!!!! There is a lot of pressure to sell charity items, items discounted with purchases and signing people up to the system. You are forced to ask every single customer questions regarding these items and must meet certain individual ratios. When they are not met they make you feel horrible! Understandably the customers constantly roll there eyes at you or say no before you have even asked the questions because they get them at every single store! Too much pressure outweighs the good things

    It was a great experience for school students and school leavers but wouldn't recommend it for older and mature people as it is not a very hard or challenging job.

    I wish Christmas never ended so I could stay as a Christmas casual for ever!
    The good thingsThe good things about working at any Cotton On store whether it's Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Factorie, Typo anything run by Cotton On is working in the best environment. We were taught to be different then every other retail store, you get a warm and bubbly welcome, excellent service and left the store wanting to come back. Seeing all the new stock that come through, you just want to buy it all! But the body besties I worked with were the best thing about working for Cotton On Body, you end up being one big family
    The challengesFor me I didn't find any real challenges, my awesome manager made it so easy for me to pick up everything I had to learn
