    The challengesPoor management, constant pressure to make figures (many MANY phone calls or texts a day), management is like gossip girl, if your store isn’t making the figures it needs to there is no support or assistance with solutions only pressure and negative feedback

    Great brand but they work you to the ground so you end up not enjoying the work environment.

    The challengesPoor upper management. The higher ups at head office don’t see how challenging it is to work in the stores and how customers needs are not priority because they Don’t see the real picture from lack of communication and fake and staged store visits.

    Very contrary to the image they present as employers.
    The good thingsYou have the opportunity to make friends with lots of people and the work environment is relaxed and informal.
    The challengesThere are consistent power struggles and flippant behaviour at the higher end of the 'design' chain with a trickle down effect on the other people and processes in the timeline, causing high levels of stress all year around.

    The challengesManagers/assistant managers get all the shifts. Having a bad manager/area manager makes working horrible. Constantly having to push WAPs and Charity.

    The challenges1. Working by your self in a busy shop. 2. Closing a shop by your self so they can save some money on staff. 3.Working with a very negative person around. 4. Being judge by a mystery shopper when you do the best you can every single day.. is not fair. 5. Winning national challenges is not enough for the company. Sorry :(
