    Beautiful Company to work for
    The good thingsAbsolutely beautiful company to work for. Friendly staff and management made it a pleasure to come to work each day. They looked after their staff in all aspects and were very flexible to individual needs.
    The challengesCommunication was sometimes a challenge having people working across all states.

    Fantastic working environment!
    The good thingsGreat working environment and supportive management. Well organised marketing / sales changes each month with easy to follow instructions provided and plenty of stock to accompany (never promoted stock that was low in inventory in the store at the time). Great wages and amazing flexibility. Excellent training and initiatives for staff to actually learn product knowledge rather than just being pushed onto the sales floor without knowing the stock their selling.
    The challengesVery high sales KPIs to meet and store managers were sometimes encouraged to put on fewer staff due to saving wages.

    The good thingsIt's a warm and inviting company. The team is supportive. I was given lots of opportunity to develop my retail and management skills.
    The challengesBeing run out of Melbourne did make it difficult to have progression if you lived outside of the state.
