    Good company but in difficult times
    The good things- Good salary and benefits - Company tries to treat people fairly
    The challenges- Company is in challenging industry. So it is under cost pressure. So hiring is limited - Decision process is heavily top down. Australian component of overall business is small. So Australian office has limited autonomy.

    The challengesCareer development is more of a challenge.Weak hearted but professionally strong candidates are not able to find a career path within.They are just brushed aside .
