WORST PLACE EVER TO WORK.
The good thingsNothing I can think of.
The challengesWorst processes and Management. Lack of processes, people in the company for more than 10 years struggling for answers. Having to work with multiple time zones to get information required and eventually not delivering anything at all.

Mentally exhausting
The good thingsWork with great people
The challengesKnown for underbidding and over promising just to win projects. That strain is then put on the employees to deliver. There are many roadblocks in the way when it comes to innovation. Leadership is not diverse.

Under resourced and over governed.
The good thingsThe first line support teams do a good job given the resourcing and tools challenges they face on a daily basis
The challengesInconsistent application of policy and process. Lack of alignment on common goals across teams. Multiple tools to do the same job. Overgovernance.
