Good people, but big expectations.The good thingsThey are a good bunch. Very business like and courteous people who respect strong boundaries. I did not stay there, but that was not due to their shortcomings.
The challengesThe seven billable hours daily is a big ask. Further, adapting to writing so many advices, which just repeat what was earlier said, can be sapping. Other colleagues there did not feel so appreciated and it was considered that the path to partnership was just too tough.
