A great place to work with an even better culture.
The good thingsThe culture is genuinely supportive - people look out for each other, celebrate wins together, and step in when challenges arise. Leadership invests in personal and professional development, offering opportunities to grow and learn.
The challengesNothing that is outside the normal operating challenges of a professional firm.

Highly enjoy working at Cutcher and Neale for the people, culture and professional culture.
The good thingsPositive workplace, friendly and professional culture. Somewhat flexible working and options to purchase extra leave etc. They actively celebrate their staff and have various events and rewards to do this. Cutcher and Neale contribute positively to the local community with 200 hours of volunteering, among other strategies. Career advanced is encouraged and real opportunities exist for hardworking individuals. All of these things make it a positive workplace.
The challengesAt times decisions are made and not enough time allowed for proper planning.

    Partners detached from other staff.
The good thingsThe immediate colleagues I worked with were wonderful and would help with any queries I had. The office location doesn't have close parking options however is close to multiple bus stops and the train station.
The challengesThe partners were detached from the administration staff and did often not communicate with all equally. If something was done incorrectly or there were problems it was often not communicated until it had been done multiple times.
