    Terribly incompetent, run far far away

    The challengesThe co shift worker was always difficult and some what incompetent and that impacted my working day

    Had i of been left alone in the factory like the job i actually i applied for id probably still be working there loved the crew, dont worry you dont notice the smell after about a day
    The good thingsWorking with the crew in the factory and the drivers. being in one place mostly the whole day unless doing deliveries
    The challengesWell i just wanted a factory job and ended up doing deliveries so my time management skills in this particular area were not great and chaos follows me everywhere also well i didn't mind racking up O\T they didn't like paying it. and it felt like particular people in management were out to get you when they should have been worrying more about anything else

    Work there at your peril.
    The good thingsDaniels Health Australia was once a wonderful family business with a great culture to work in when run by founder and former CEO, Dan Daniels. Unfortunately, that was lost after he sold the company.
    The challengesCurrent national management is incompetent and only out to serve their own career interests. Very little consideration for employees and the pressure created by their poor decisions.

    The good thingsBeing out on the road and dealing with customers directly.
    The challengesUnreasonable working demands, requiring drivers to complete 12+ hour days in less than 12 hours. Poor management and driver relationship. Some drivers are favoured over others, which results in tension within the workplace.

    WASTE OF TIME!!!!

    The challengesmanagement have no experience. No people skills. Just shut up and do you job type of management. Management think they are able the law and will do anything and expect to get away with it.

    I thought 'tis would be the last company I'd work for and stayed for the promise of transfer that was not coming. I never took a day off, called in sick or late, covered everything I could and only ever asked for a shift favour that was ignored 2 hours be
    The good thingsI loved the freedom and customer contact. If you work well you get all the work and shift needs you want. Very friendly and supportive crew
    The challengesThe company ignores client satisfaction for quick fix. Those who work are over worked to cover those who don't. You get no acknowledgment for dedication or effort.
