    Fantastic until new CEO and other Senior Management destroyed it and GUD sold it to Waterco

    The culture is horrendous. People & culture NOT
    The good thingssome of the people are great.
    The challengesManagement simply care about their own agenda, they do not care about the staff, it used to be a great family environment, but not anymore. New staff that have been there 5 minutes and they think they know everything.

    Great people, great products and the ability to contribute
    The good thingsGreat people, important industry, lots of opportunities. The new CEO is really strong - there are lots of changes underway which will improve the business. I am excited to be a part of it and see lots of opportunities to learn new skills and contribute.

    A great company to work for - has a family feel but the benefit of being part of an ASX listed company too.
    The good thingsA terrific company to work for and they also trade in a product that makes a difference to people's lives.
    The challengesBeing a niche player in a global economy. Competing against lots of product from overseas where price seems to be their only point of differentiation.
