    Stuck in the past and incapable of changing to stay relevant for the future

    The challengesStore management couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag Store/senior managers constantly overstep and harrass staff, almost daily throwing around accusations of staff theft Male managers are ostrasized and rarely listened to Infrastructure management is non existant Pay is incredibly low compared to similar roles - pay that was advertised and discussed during interview process was actually very misleading
