The good thingsThe people - always willing to help and the team is very cohesive. My manager always goes above and beyond to assist with anything and continuously pushes for growth.
The challengesAmenities - the office itself is a bit outdated and needs some TLC in my opinion.

Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth your time and energy
The good thingsYou can go home. The power sometimes goes out
The challengesOld fashion, old culture and sickening management culture. It’s a constant blame game pointing fingers.

Dangerous, toxic work environment enabled by out of touch management.
The good thingsThe location is good for people North of the river. Weekly Pay is convenient.
The challengesThe upper management attitude to workplace health and safety leaves a lot to be desired. Toxic workplace culture encouraged and enabled by management and owners.

There's a sense of community at David Moss Corp. It's interesting and varied. I love the work life balance I've been able to achieve since joining.
The good thingsVery convenient location if you live north of the river. Help with work life balance because I spend much less time travelling to and from work. Salary and wages are really decent. Bonuses for staff and social stuff to make employees feel appreciated.
The challengesBeing a manufacturing industry there is lots of change and there is a level of demand and pressure to do with meeting customer demands. The company is going through a growth journey and undertaking great initiatives to allow for this growth and demand.

From my first day I felt like this was where I am meant to be at this point in time. I leave work each day feeling like I have been appreciated.
The good thingsSupportive environment and friendly colleagues. Great location going against peak hour traffic each. Supportive management who have your back.
The challengesI'm getting used to working in manufacturing environment as this is new to me , not really a challenge just lots to learn.

I enjoy my work and the people I work with and i am happy I returned to this Company
The good thingsHaving returned to David Moss after 12 years in a different occupation I can confirm that they are a caring Company to work for. They pay fare wages and appreciate the work you do. I believe that the only reason that staff are let go is that they are not doing the job that they are employed for. You can only give staff several chances to do the right thing and put in the time and effort to do there job. The reason I am writing this is because of the negative comments made by people who did not do their job and where let go.
The challengesThe only challenges I have found in the 15+ year that I have worked a David Moss is staff that think the world owes them a living.

Unsupported and hung out to dry.
The good thingsSome of the people with in the business.
The challengesExtremely outdated systems, no change had taken place in an extremely long time bringing business as a whole below competitors in regards to service provided. limited ability to grow as a business due to inability to control processes and implement improvement. Large portion of staff very unkind and difficult to work with making any progress as either a united team or an individual impossible. A very un-loyal business.
