    Frustrating, to have all the responsibilty, then with a take over, lose it all, and suffer because of it.

    Everyone should work in a place like this at least once in their life.
    The good thingsThat wonderful moment at the end of a shift when the phones were turned off and the endless stream of dissatisfied customers went away until the next morning.
    The challengesTrying to convince management what needed to be done to fix all the problems. Then having them ignore every recommendation.
