    I have had a challenging and eventful experience working with Delaware.
    The good thingsThe working hours are flexible for study times and availability is listened too in a satisfactory manner. Most of the staff are easy to work with and build relationships with. Most of staff work closely together and build a good team working environment which makes shifts get by easier. Even at 4am
    The challengesSome assistant managers/team leaders can create a work environment that feels as a burden and struggle to keep good relationships with their staff.

    Over a period of 4years it has been a good experience. The company has been very welcoming and understanding in different situations. Great place to work.
    The good thingsA good working environment where equal opportunity is given to showcase your talent and rise in career. Clear and fair communication flow between management and team.
    The challengesWorking in an airport comes with its own set of pros and cons. Also Covid and other external factors constantly pushes us to change our work patterns and management style.
