    Great social culture among juniors but inconsistent career growth and culture across departments.
    The good thingsGreat place to network with a diverse group of people. I started as a consultant but had exposure to the graduate network who were all quite friendly, social and welcoming. It is a great place to start your early career to build relationships and learn professional skills like client and communications etiquette, scheduling meetings etc. For some people it is a good environment to try different things to see what is suitable and find opportunities in different departments. Great flexibility with working from home and working remotely. Good DE&I initiatives.
    The challengesThere is poor consistency across departments with culture and recognition. Some employees have supportive teams and good mentorship systems, but unfortunately some employees barely get any mentorship from the coaching system. It is all dependent on who is chosen to be your coach. Can be quite difficult to change teams, change coaches or seek any improvement in the company if you are unlucky with where you are placed in the company. Pay is also quite low and difficult to increase in some teams (lack of budget for promotions or heavy office politics).

    Your experience here will be dependent on the teams you work with, there is a lot of upper management that have no leadership skills and will push the team to deliver in as little time as possible at the expense of everyone's wellbeing. There is no work life balance at all, people are expected to work unpaid overtime throughout the year. Potentially one of the worst places to work for anyone with a life as performance is directly linked to the number of unpaid hours you are able to sink into your Job.

    Good for the CV and for grads starting out - great opportunity to build a network, however, you will not be paid commensurate to the work you put in - favouritism is rampant, so if your partner doesnt like you, you won't get anywhere
    The good thingsFlexibility, global firm recognition, connecting with great people who become friends outside of work, looks good on CV
    The challengesPoor management, inconsistency in communicaiton/lack of it from top to bottom, ultimately you're a number - not a human, partners care about their bonus, outdated organisational structure, low pay, lack of recognition and support for clear pathway, people in management positions who shouldnt be

    It is a good experience for learning and making connection.
    The good thingsMain salary in here are little above average, the benefit such as insurance are good and the working environment is quite nice.
    The challengesThere is no additional salary when doing overtime.

    The challengesToxic environment caused by the worst management team that I have ever experienced. Despite raising my concerns at the highest level - no response. They simply don't care about your wellbeing.

    Could not fault my experience working at Deloitte, except for the salary for below management.
