Good work life company but less career growth
The good thingsThis was my first job in Australia, indeed a much needed break for someone who comes from the other countries. I worked here for 1Y and 4M's, Management is good. Work is OK. You will have good work life balance although pay is less. I worked as a contractor may be that made me to search for a permanent opportunity outside else would have stick to Deutsche Bank
The challengesThey are not with latest technologies. They are still on legacy apps.

Great people, great company - just impossible to get real change to happen.
The good thingsThe local management team and staff are a great set of people; global technology management is paralysed by indecision.
The challengesTimes are changing and the one thing DB doesn't cope with is change. This is slowing their ability to adapt.

Great experience with great people to work with
The good thingsGenerally, the people you got to work with were great to work with and we very good at what they did and respected your input.
The challengesAs with all global investment banks in Australia, there was and has been further redundancies which made achieving some objectives difficult and it generally upset the mood within the office.
