I started 14 years ago in an entry-level position and, over time, moved up step by step—from Storeperson to Team leader, and now to my current role as National Operations Manager. Each step in my career has come with new challenges, learning opportunities, and support from both colleagues and management. The teamwork, trust, and positive atmosphere make it a great place to build a long-term career.
The challengesThere’s not much I dislike, but if I had to mention something, I’d say that at times, communication between departments could be improved. Smoother coordination would help avoid delays and make workflows even more efficient. That said, the team is always open to feedback and improvements, which I really appreciate.
