    Everything bad about the APS in one place
    The good thingsCentral location. Really, that's it.
    The challengesOut of date management and HR skills, no flexibility in working styles, poor support in every way. Very slow to get things done, very sad culture. Very high staff turnover.

    Commendable intentions and some great people. Managerially challenged.
    The good thingsGreat intentions and concept - Simpler, clearer, faster public services. Great teams - most staff are skilled, committed, professional and good to work with. Funky office environment. Agile aspirations.
    The challengesManagement. Almost no downward communication. No feedback (good or bad). Politics. Egos. Unclear direction, or wild changes in direction and time frames without being thought through.
