The website looked great but the reality was professionally disappointing. Be careful if thinking about relocating to work here.
The good thingsIt could be great- amazing kids with lots of potential! I met a few dedicated teaching staff but few stayed due to poor management.
The challengesIneffective leadership and too many staff outside the classroom. Little and ineffective behaviour support for students. Read the annual reviews to get an idea of the schools structure and high staff turn over. The schools curriculum was unsuitable and there was no sense of cohesion in the school.
