    Internal and external training, good equipment, better than most management systems.
    The good thingsGood vessels. Good crews
    The challengesCompany is Norweigian and the norweigian management such as technical and procurment and to an extent HR are still managed by Norway which is unnecessary and actually a disadvantage.

    The good thingsGood exposure to advance knowledge of Marine Industry as well as Industrial Relations matters/EBA's
    The challengesGetting thrown into the deep end, with no direct Management to report to. Exposed to all aspects of the business although i wasn't expecting it
