    Flexible hours with good pay but they can be unfair
    The good thingsReally great staff culture, shifts and hours are very flexible and easy to swap around if needed
    The challengesHours are unpredictable and can be very unfair, some staff members get way more hours than others and hard to get more hours even if you are performing well they don't care. Lots of responsibilities, but pay is good
