    It’s was negative, toxic and degrading and a complete waste of my time.
    The good thingsThey were very good with paying on time weekly and ensuring stock arrived. The uniform was excellent.
    The challengesDoors Plus has a toxic and negative culture that comes from the top. Staff are pipped against each other in every way and made examples of internally and across the business when you don’t meet the intangible KPI’s, it’s a kill or be killed environment. Work life Balance doesn’t exist in this company and 12-14 hour days aren’t uncommon with a remuneration that just doesn’t cover your time once divided into an hourly rate. Their products are cheaply made and charged at premium prices so returns and complaints from customers are common with management taking no accountability and blaming staff for its short comings.
