    A great place to build up experience, but salary is terrible so not great for long term.
    The good thingsVery supportive working environment. Management can be very friendly and help you out when needs be.
    The challengesSalary is incredibly low. Also higher management seem to care very little for those of us in the labs.

    High turnover for a reason.
    The good thingsThe people you meet and friends gained, as well as experience gained working in a NATA accredited laboratory.

    Watching good staff around me slowly dissappear.
    The good thingsStaff generally have a sense of humour and are good people. Great location. Opportunities to grow on occasion.
    The challenges- If your a salaried worker, you'll probably be on the same salary for years. Due to claimed low profit margins - payrises a few and far between. - gradually, many staff made redundant/leaving voluntarily over last 3 years, especially recently - putting mass pressure on present current employees. - different expectations from different employees in the same position.

    It doesn't matter how good you are at your job or how hard you work, you won't get any recognition or reward, and instead others who make lots of mistakes, show up late all the time and don't work hard will get rewarded.

    Very chill place to work at. Perfect for those who are starting out their careers
    The good thingsPeople are very friendly. Good work life balance and not much pressure with the job. Work is interesting and you learn a lot in the beginning but can become quite robotic after a while. It can be very comfortable at this workplace ie you don't plan to work there for long but 5 years later you're still there.
    The challengesCareer development is very poor and the pay is not competitive. Revolving door of employees. Always people coming and going

    A place where you can be made smaller and more invisible. Lack of appreciation for the workers in the lab.

    The challengesJob and career development is fairly noon existent. It can be a struggle for many to secure full time employment due to seasonal workloads.
