80% do not recommendTold that family comes first but when push came to shove they cancelled my leave 1 week out of flying to QLD to help my family (1 months notice given). I was so stressed between choosing my family vs my job that I ended up extremely sick and requiring leave regardless. Originally offered very little money and asked for more, they gave me a bit more by changing my role to operations over basic admin only to find out I was still getting the same as a basic data entry clerk with twice the responsibility, then they continually used my "pay increase" against me so they could give me more work. Told during my interview that the company offers career progression and found myself facing redundancy within 6 months.
